NOTICE OF YOUR FINANCIAL PRIVACY RIGHTS
We, our, and us, when used in this
notice, mean Richland State Bank and Richland Loan Processing Center, L.L.C.
This is our privacy notice for our student loan customers. When we use the
words "you" and "your" we mean student loan customers.
We will tell you the sources for nonpublic personal information we collect on
our customers. We will tell you what measures we take to secure that
information.
We first define some terms.

we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you.
Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available
from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records.

us or perform functions on our behalf. The services a nonaffiliated third party
may perform for us include processing applications and servicing customer
accounts. In connection with these activities, we may disclose the information
we collect, described above, to companies that perform these services, as
permitted by law.
THE CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR NONPUBLIC PERSONAL
INFORMATION
Our employees are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of customers'
nonpublic personal information. Employees are bound by this Privacy Policy and
are educated on implementing our privacy and information security policies.
Only employees actively engaged in their assigned duties are authorized to
access or use customer information. We maintain physical, electronic, and
procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your
nonpublic personal information.
NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION AND FORMER CUSTOMERS
We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about former customers,
except as permitted by law.
